About

Being with ourselves can sometimes be very difficult, especially in moments of change, loss, sadness, and stress. This is further complicated when new challenges touch upon older wounds and we notice unwanted repetitive patterns. As a therapist I am interested in holding space for you where you can be with yourself and make sense of your particular difficulties.

My approach to therapy involves listening closely to you, identifying unnamed or underutilized strengths, core challenges and the interplay between them and your circumstances. At appropriate moments I will bring these to your attention to foster an understanding that is experiential and new.

The first few sessions give us an opportunity to see if we can work well together. I hope that we are able to establish a foundation of trust in order to allow for the therapeutic process to unfold.
