About

I work with a wide range of patients with a primary focus on creating a space to allow for the work to start to acknowledge, engage and integrate different parts of themselves - leading in time to a more fulfilling and informed life. This is difficult, often painful work. In a way, you come in to this to have to fail, to let go of who you think you should be (past and present) and find ways to see where you are rather than where you are not.

I offer change, through a depth of work that explores and engages with patterns of behavior/ambivalence; allowing for grieving. I am concerned with helping you to understand the dynamics and origins of your defenses, experiencing inchoate parts of ourselves, verbalizing and providing alternative perspectives and choices.

Through an empathic approach, our work begins to map your internal world and consider different modes of being and anticipate conflict. Ultimately, our work could help you find a way to more clearly articulate your needs to both yourself and others and lead to a more satisfying, authentic life.
