Some days life is great, others we get bogged down in our busyness, work stress, family conflicts, school pressures and well, just drama. Coping some days is easy - others, it's tough just to get out of bed. Whether you just need a sounding board, struggle with anxiety/depression, have a history of trauma or you're not sure why life is tough, there is help. As an LCSW, I offer therapy, as well as external resources needed. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and consultant, equipped to treat trauma in teens and adults of all orientations and identities.
