About

Opening up to a stranger can be scary, but so is dealing with something difficult on your own (or in silence). Some people get discouraged from seeking therapy because they think their problems are “too small” or “unimportant.” Others may be skeptical about whether or not therapy will work for them. Whatever you are dealing with, know that you do not have to go through it alone. I am more than happy to offer my support.

I want you to know that no problem is too small or unimportant. If something is bothering you or interrupting your daily functioning, it’s happening for a reason. Your feelings are valid. We will work together to collaboratively create a treatment plan that is unique to your situation and virtual sessions to meet your goals.

I value the client-therapist relationship and will allow you to open up at your own pace. I believe that every individual has the ability and power to make changes. Sometimes we just need a helping hand, and that is exactly what I am here for. My goal is for each client to leave each session feeling empowered and supported.
