About

I have extensive training in working with those who have experienced a trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe space for those wanting to make an impactful difference in their life that feels powerful and learn tools/ideas they can take with them lifelong. I currently have daytime availability for individuals! I also have an evening opening for any child experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or trouble communicating emotions.

I focus on how cultural factors integrate into your daily life, and explore your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, to help cultivate change. We will create tangible and realistic goals to promote personal growth during your journey of healing. I provide individual, couples, and group therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.

I utilize and pull from various approaches according to the client’s needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. Clients can expect me to be a genuine and empathetic therapist that will always affirm their experiences.
