I work with adults and teens clients in areas such as depression and anxiety which include common symptoms like sadness, low self-esteem, lack of identity, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome. I also offer pre-marital counseling for couples who are engaged or considering marriage. I utilize Prepare-Enrich for pre-marital counseling which is a phenomenal curriculum for couples as it includes a full assessment in areas of sex, finances, parenting and so much more. You and I will partner in getting you to your desired destination through cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. By coupling these approaches, you can begin to embrace where you are right now, realize your truest potential and the strength that you already possess.
