Carl Rogers, the father of Person-centered therapy, once stated, "The curious paradox is when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." I love to work with those people who have decided they are tired of "being tired" and have intention to make positive changes in their life. Whether it be dealing with anxiety, depression, past traumas or current stresses, my passion is to provide counsel, encouragement and empower people toward wellness. Life will certainly provide situations that will test your grit and resilience; and sometimes you might feel as if you are a "failure" at life. My hope is to counsel you in identifying different perspective to those "failures"; focus on your strengths to encourage healthy thinking and empower you with resources/tools that will result in health and wellness. If you are tired of being overwhelmed by life and are intent to changing the thoughts and behaviors getting in the way of your wellness, then you are ready to call me and start creating your path to health and wellness.
