About

I have a heart for people who are hurting because I have been there. I have been in the darkest, most awful, lonely places this life has to offer, but I somehow made it out. My hope is to help you find a way out too. I won’t pretend to know about everything you have experienced, but I will absolutely provide you with a non-judgmental space to share those experiences. I want to understand you and to let you know that sometimes the broken places in each of us are the very parts that can become the most beautiful. I hope you will let me climb down into that pit with you, into all the not so great places, so we can find a way out. View 6 Photos

I specialize in Person Centered Therapy and employ a multidimensional approach to counseling. My main focus, in every session, is to provide you with unconditional positive regard and to create a space where you know you're understood, and most of all, safe. I consider it the highest honor to be invited to come alongside you and to walk with you.

If you feel alone or overwhelmed right now, please know I am here - You are not alone. I know we can find a way out of whatever pit you find yourself in right now. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
