Clients working with me are committed to Soul Work, an introspective journey to discover the “Authentic Self.” With inner clarity, we design a life emphasizing meaning and purpose. I use traditional psychotherapy and experiential therapy, incorporating art, journaling, and somatic work to explore beyond verbal articulation. Though talk therapy is helpful, some experiences transcend words. This is where self-expression and symbolism provide a voice that verbal communication cannot. I use experiential forms of therapy to facilitate this process of exploring identity to promote personal growth. I work with individuals navigating PTSD, depression, anxiety, relational issues, traumatic brain injury, and life transitions. My years of experience in a local hospital, working with veterans and first responders with traumatic brain injuries, as well as in local residential eating disorder treatment, provide valuable insights for my private practice. While self-discovery is valuable, I understand many seek practical ways to manage symptoms and improve quality of life. My unique approach provides an additional layer of support for healing. Together, we can explore the best therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. Contact me to take the first step towards a healthier, more meaningful, resilient life.
