I work with individuals and couples who are in this very place and it can manifest like sexlessness in relationships, family conflict, unresolved grief, persistent anxiety, physical manifestations of stress, or symptoms related to unprocessed trauma. While these painful experiences may be a part of your story now, you can turn the page to write something new. Healing is possible. I do this by utilizing an adaptive approach that includes experiential activities, parts work, personalized goals we co-create together, exploration of culture, and discussing the process of what is happening in therapy.
