I am a psychotherapist currently in private practice and have lived and worked in Fairbanks since 1999. I earned my MSW in 1982 and have worked in variety of residential and outpatient settings. I bring more than 30 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families presenting with a wide range of concerns. My experience and training are in a variety of areas of concern: trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, foster care and adoption, multigenerational trauma, adult children of alcoholics, and more. My approach is to collaborate with clients to identify the most respectful and effective way to facilitate the changes they wish to make. I offer evening and weekend hours. I am trained in EMDR Therapy to promote resolution of trauma. I enjoy working with clients who are ripe for change and are receptive to identifying the supports and obstacles to facilitating the changes they hope to make in their lives and/or relationships.
