Welcome. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor looking to help you get your life back on track. I work with people who have suffered from Traumatic experiences, Substance use and Eating Disorders. I work side by side with my client to empower them to make necessary changes in there lives. I work to help minimize and cope with with anxiety, depression, family structure and boundaries. Through this we explore and strengthen your self-compassion. I offer all my client's empathy and validation for what they've gone through. I want my clients to know I care about them as an individual. I counsel them in a non-judgmental way providing them with comfort to speak freely without fear. I am a trauma focused therapist who utilizes Trauma Focused CBT, DBT, Solution focused therapy as well as Mindfulness.
