About

I believe that understanding, accepting, and committing to our values is an integral part of recovery and creating a meaningful life. I aim to provide tools and support to allow individuals to resolve their past and thrive in the present. My professional experience and training focuses on providing advocacy and guidance for adolescents and adults seeking management and relief from PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, phase of life problems, interpersonal relationship issues, and navigating through career and identity development.

I use a mindfulness and acceptance-based therapeutic approach with my clients. My training in DBT, ACT, EMDR and the Gottman method has been utilized at a transitional living facility for Eating Disorders and a center specializing in DBT. These experiences align with my specialities in Eating Disorders, Anxiety and Mood disorders, and relationship issues.

I strive to create a comfortable and authentic environment for my clients in the Brookside neighborhood. With my experience and training, my toolbox allows me to adapt to each client and their individual needs.
