Fred Rogers says, "Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary." I would love to work with you if you are ready to make your problems mentionable, and together we can work towards making them manageable. I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, people experiencing mood disorders, OCD, and survivors of trauma. My approach is eclectic, person-centered, and body-positive, and I am a certified intuitive eating counselor. I am passionate about accompanying people on their journey to healing, and believe that everyone and every body is worthy. We live in a society that tells us that we are not good enough. I want to be a voice countering that lie. I want to help people find the courage to say, "I am enough.” It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey of healing, and to help you equip yourself with the tools necessary to live a life of empowerment and self-love.
