About

I believe that meaningful change occurs when individuals are provided with the guidance they need to harness their strengths and realize their potential to lead fulfilling, happy lives. With years of experience, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders (OCD). Additionally, I’m passionate about supporting clients within the queer/LGBTQIA+ community, those who are polyamorous or ENM, and individuals recovering from religious trauma.

I often utilize an eclectic approach, blending various therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to bring lasting growth.

I am employed at Noble Path Counseling & Consulting, operated by Kyle Giblin MPA/MSW, LCSW-20628.
