No matter where you are at in your journey towards healing, you deserve to be seen exactly as you are. In my practice, I am dedicated to providing a space where you feel witnessed and affirmed as your whole self — from your values and perspectives to your intersectional identities and cultural context. Taking a stance grounded in non-judgmental curiosity and collaboration, I work to support your growth in ways that feel right for you. As a queer, nonbinary, Indian American from an immigrant family, I am primarily interested in working with the LGBTQIA+ individuals and BIPOC navigating complex trauma, identity, and shame. I approach counseling from an anti-oppressive and social justice lens, integrating a variety of interventions to meet your needs holistically. At its core, my counseling practice is rooted in a commitment to supporting individual and collective healing from systemic oppression and trauma. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path to growth, acceptance, and self-compassion.
