A psychiatrists referral is required to see this provider. I am a Therapist and have been providing mental health services for 2 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see individuals, couples, families and I address ADHD, Adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, grief. I treat children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, and those seeking personal growth. It is my mission to help you navigate experiences and challenges within your life, in a way that is both meaningful and oriented with your personal goals. While I cannot change how the world treats you, I can help you develop the skills, strength, and resilience needed to overcome hardships and strengthen your relationships with the people most important to you. My training is diverse, and I utilize family systems, solution oriented, CBT and narrative based therapies.
