Whatever is your reason for being here, you don’t have to walk this journey alone. Our hope is to provide you with a safe space to do the inner work to experience yourself whole, grounded, and connected in your life. Zen Inspired Counseling & Wellness Center offer a variety of wellness services focused on treating the whole person. Our goal is to partner with you to help you remove the barriers that have held you back. Services offered include traditional counseling services with a licensed mental health counselor, life coaching and financial coaching services. The decision to see a therapist or a life coach is a very personal choice. Many times, people reach out for help during times of stress and emotional pain. In an atmosphere of safety, compassion and hope you will be free to explore your experiences, address difficult issues, and identify effective solutions to your problems.
