I believe that, no matter your circumstances or experiences we can work together to create and achieve amazing goals and explore an environment for healing alongside developing skills for wholeness, resiliency, and even purpose. Trust, respect, and authenticity are central in the counseling relationship. I will work in a holistic and honest manner, with action-oriented modalities to treat individuals, couples, and teens with a multitude of backgrounds or diagnoses. Using an integrative approach I will meet your unique needs and establish rapport in goal setting and session management. I typically lend from a Trauma-focused approach with CBT, SFBT, and ACT.
