About

Therapy is both a science and creative process we engage in together. While change is truly hard work, as an experienced therapist, I strive to provide a compassionate and validating therapeutic environment so you can take things on at your own pace. We will establish a clear set of objectives allowing you to track, quantify, and celebrate your achievements as you progress. I believe in giving you tools you can use right away to start to feel better now.

I earned my Masters in Counseling from Salem State University specializing in treating anxiety, depression, and issues related to relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions. My approach is solidly grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based techniques for achieving stress reduction.

Having been raised in the LGBTQ+ community, I work to build a strong sense of trust with my clients and offer therapeutic interventions uniquely catered to each individual. I am a strong proponent of evidence-based skills and knowledge you can use right now, while also examining the cultural and societal forces that affect each person.
