About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts who has experience partnering with adolescents, young adults, adults, and senior citizens seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and life transitions. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at St. Thomas Aquinas College and my Master of Social Work at New York University.

I utilize an integrative approach that is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered. I incorporate psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and motivational interviewing theories and techniques into my treatment which is tailored to the needs of each client in partnership with them.

I seek to establish a rapport with my clients that is built upon mutual respect and trust. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is directed in accordance with the clients goals and values. I appreciate the bravery it takes to pursue treatment, and welcome the opportunity to work with you.
