Tyler is a licensed therapist in Rhode Island and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). Tyler works with young adults, college students, and adults struggling with addiction, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. He specializes in working with LGBTQ+ clients who are exploring their sexual identity development and/or are in need of an affirming therapeutic space to process other concerns. He has experience working with clients of diverse racial, ethnic and gender identities and tailors therapeutic interventions to fit your individual identity and needs. View 4 Photos Tyler uses an integrative approach consisting of evidence-based concepts of cognitive-behavioral therapy for symptom reduction and coping skills, while integrating more person-centered elements of feminist therapy and queer theory. He believes the integration of person-centered elements are integral to tailoring therapy for individual needs. Reaching out to therapists and setting up an initial therapy intake is truly a big step for anyone. I encourage potential clients to reach out for a phone consultation, or schedule an intake session to see if we are a good match for their therapy journey. Everyone deserves and should have a safe space to heal and grow.
