I attended Concordia University and received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Christian Education Leadership, focusing on Youth Ministries. I am in my second year in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Bellevue University. My primary focus will be working with adolescents and families. I specialize in concerns regarding mental health, addiction, and behaviors in school and at home. I aspire to be the therapist for anyone needing guidance, affirmation, education, and a safe space to grow. Utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Reality Therapy, I focus on a variety of mental health issues, including addiction, anxiety, and depression. I bring a relaxed environment to my sessions and want to ensure that the client feels safe to ensure that the client can be present in the session and simply wants to talk. If you or you know someone that needs assistance please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email to set up a meeting to discuss wants and needs in therapy.
