Welcome, welcome! I'm Tyler, and I'm dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for those who may be hesitant about traditional talk therapy. Having a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I offer an eclectic approach through humanistic, existential, and trauma-informed care that encourages compassion in our process of self evaluation. I'm a firm believer that you, more than anyone, know what you need; this is a process of remembering as much as it is about learning. Together we'll work to uncover the people and events that encouraged you to forget your strength, and explore what it means to be you. I'm here to help educate, reframe, and encourage your process. I believe in empowering each client as the expert of their own experience and employ neuropsychology alongside various therapeutic models of self empowerment. We'll explore the legitimacy of your pain in step with your capacity for healing as all humans are capable of it and you're no exception. I don't know how many profiles you've looked at this point, but I commend you for taking yourself as seriously as you have so far. I aim to provide a compassionate, direct approach that allows you to engage proactively and sustainably with so many of the experiences that have previously been overwhelming, unsafe, and painful. Genuinely so, you've got this.
