About

Most of the people I see are aching to be seen and understood at a deep level. Many have felt invisible for a long time. I believe that each person I work with is a unique and complex individual needing support that is considerate of their individual situation.

I offer a sensitive, calm, curious, empathetic, and accepting space. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and orientations when working with individuals depending on their goals, but often make use of Person-Centered therapy, Relational therapy, Attachment Based therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and other psychoanalytic orientations.

Many of the people I work with are in early adulthood through mid-life, and are seeking therapy for various reasons. I hope you will consider calling me or sending me an email. I'd love to see if you feel like I would be a good fit for your needs.
