I have my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Alabama A&M University and I am EMDR trained. During my professional experience, I have had the opportunity to support clients ranging from adolescents to adults. My main focus is on the therapeutic relationship with the client. I believe creating a safe space for the client and therapist to connect cultivates trust and makes the client feel validated in their journey. As a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I can understand the challenges that comes with navigating the process of trying to best understand yourself and explore what makes you feel the most comfortable.
