My therapeutic approach centers on building trust, discussing your experiences without judgment, developing emotional understanding, and engaging in holistic healing that supports my client’s journey of self-discovery and self-love. This holistic approach has allowed me to center my client’s lived experiences and address challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, phobias, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sport and performance, and much more. While cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a cornerstone of my practice, my training has equipped me to integrate therapeutic approaches that honor cultural identity, acknowledge the impact of past experiences, and facilitate emotional understanding. I appreciate working with racial and ethnic minorities and LGBTQ+ teens, young adults, and adults. Starting therapy is a huge first step, and taking the first step toward meaningful change deserves acknowledgment.
