Hello and Welcome! New Beginnings Therapy and Consultation is a safe place where you can move out of your old and into a New Beginning. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience, I have worked in multiple settings from the Department of Corrections, and community-based settings to now private practice. I have worked with many different demographics over the years including children, adults, families, and couples. My goal is to assist YOU in achieving YOUR New Beginning. Low Self-Esteem, guilt, and depression are internal culprits that often suppress an individual externally. My Specialty is with teens and adult women who have been traumatized as a result of sexual abuse or violence. I believe that healing starts with removing the “band-aid” taking off the mask and breaking free from the past and moving forward .
