About

Looking to create change in your life or your relationship? Is your current way of thinking or communicating preventing this change? Maybe you or your child needs assistance with establishing identity and improving self esteem. You may be looking for a therapist that is empathetic and respects your right to self determination, so that you can explore your change process in a safe environment. My ideal client comes to therapy with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process of change.

I help clients by providing a safe space for them to begin talking without fear of judgement. Talking can be difficult, which is why I also employ art therapy techniques as needed, to assist with opening up in therapy. By establishing excellent rapport and trust with my skills of reflective listening, empathy, and assessment, I become a change agent.

Mental health issues like anxiety and depression can be devastating. Relationships can be difficult to navigate. As a career social worker with experience in working with individuals from age six to ninety six, I invite you to take a step in creating positive change in your life or relationship by allowing me to help you find the tools to feel better.
