The ache for a sense of belonging is deeply human. This ache might show up as feeling displaced, isolated, lonely, misunderstood, or disconnected in your relationships. This battle may stem from a challenging life transition, the loss of a loved one or relationship, past trauma, or a feeling you just cannot name. I firmly believe that each of us carries the solutions within ourselves, shaped by our individual experiences; sometimes we just need a safe space to show up as we are to explore those parts within us. In my practice as a holistic therapist, I am deeply committed to individualized treatment for each client utilizing a safe and supportive environment where you get to give voice to what is holding you back from finding a sense of connection and home within your mind, soul, body, and community. As a multiracial Southeast Asian American woman, I aim to provide an inclusive, welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe space for all individuals to explore and heal from their trauma; as well as gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Everyone deserves a space to fully let go, break down, take up space, and connect. Let me know how I can help.
