About

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 24 plus years of experience providing support, education, empowering adolescents and adults to be their best self. I have experience with trauma, depression, grief, loss, adoption, foster care, couple/peer and family conflict, anxiety, anger management, addiction, codependency, dual diagnosis, school issues, emotional disturbance, women issues and much more. I strongly believe in the quote “Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come, remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears, you have overcome. “

I work diligently in assisting individuals with identifying their strengths, qualities, abilities, self love, esteem and confidence. I use an eclectic/integrative approach (use of multiple treatment modalities and techniques) to help individuals become their best self despite their life challenges. Life is full of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.

No matter the situation or the circumstances there’s always a way to overcome whatever your faced with in life. “Our work together will empower, strengthen and transform you into the person you inspire to become.”
