Seeking support for mental health doesn't make you weak or lesser. In fact, it means you're taking care of yourself, which is very healthy! Unfortunately, finding a therapist to get that support can be uncomfortable. Who can you trust? My hope is that you'll let me be that guy for you. My number one priority is that you feel comfortable, heard, and validated. If you want to work hard on specific goals, we can do that. If you just need to get something off your chest, we can do that too. Either way, I'll work hard to earn your trust. I am able to rapidly build rapport with the clients I see, which is an important factor in healing. I do this by not being pushy, making the client laugh, and working hard to build a great relationship right off the bat. My sessions and the approaches I use are tailored specifically for each client. You don't have to carry your burdens alone! Let me share the load. Your voice matters and I promise to accept you just as you are. If you're ready to start your healing journey, I'm here for you.
