Welcome to a space where embracing your present emotional experiences leads to profound personal growth and transformation. Neglecting these emotions can leave us feeling unseen, insecure, and alone. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can explore these feelings with intention. With an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, my clinical interests span men's issues, grief and loss, depression, relationships, anxiety, sexuality, and trauma. I’m interested in supporting neurodiverse clients. I believe how we manage and respond to stress is based on our early attachment relationship experiences. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, parts and somatic approaches, and trauma-informed neuro-affirming practices to facilitate healing. Beyond therapy, I cherish nature, travel, fantasy and sci-fi literature, gaming, and anime. I incorporate your interests into our work, ensuring sessions are not only therapeutic but also personally enriching.
