Welcome! We all have times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, sadness, or are going through a big life change. If you are feeling stuck and like you could use some guidance, I can help support you through this time. As a therapist, I provide my clients with a safe space to work through difficulties, process their emotions and brainstorm new ways to cope. My specialty is working with individuals and couples who need support navigating: anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, eating disorders, personal growth, career direction/professional growth, parenting, neurodivergence, improved self-confidence, and living a more authentic and values-driven lifestyle.

I help my clients identify goals and uncover barriers and self-limiting beliefs that stand in the way of healing. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), to provide skills and tools for my clients to improve their symptoms.
