About

Do you often feel weighed down by anxiety, sadness, or uncertainty? Therapy can offer a space to find clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. As a mixed-race therapist, I bring lived experience and understanding of how hard it can be to carve out space for self-care and healing within systems that may not fully reflect our values or who we are. My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and resilience-building. We may even find moments to laugh together along the way.

I work with adults and adolescents to move from simply surviving to thriving, helping address the impacts of trauma, people-plasing patterns, and tending to attachment wounds. Together, we’ll explore ways to break cycles, build healthier boundaries, and create space for new self-understandings. My approach is warm, collaborative, & grounded in compassion.

It's really important to feel like your therapist "gets" it! I offer a free 15 minute phone consult to connect and explore whether we could be a good fit on your healing journey.
