About

My therapeutic style is warm, client-centered, and practical. I aim to provide a caring, responsive, & safe space, allowing clients to engage in self-exploration and growth. I enjoy working with people to help them understand & become the best version of themselves. I often help clients with issues related to adapting to change, breaking ineffective patterns, personal & professional development, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, and relationships. By establishing open, responsive dialogue, we create a space for you to consider and make significant changes that benefit your life, on your terms.

I draw from multiple approaches to craft unique treatment plans for clients. I incorporate elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing & Reality Therapy. Therapy with me looks like a mix of processing life events & seeking solutions to current challenges.

Working with me will feel calm and engaging. Together, we will determine your goals for therapy & I will suggest a plan or roadmap to get you there. I am very collaborative and receptive to your feedback; I want the counseling experience to feel beneficial and meaningful. Feel free to reach out for a complementary consultation call or to book an appointment.
