*** Please Note: I am unable to accept new clients at this time*** As an integrative therapist, I incorporate relational, mindfulness, and cognitive practices to help deepen meaning and psychological flexibility in the lives of my clients. I strive to provide a collaborative therapeutic environment that values compassion, humor, and authenticity, while honoring the individual needs and contexts my clients bring in. My framework is holistic, meaning that I aim to help clients explore and achieve balance in their physical, emotional, and cognitive experiences as a way of maximizing the coping strategies available to them. At this time I am predominantly seeing adults on an individual basis. My experience centers around counseling the management of depressive and anxiety disorders, exploring identity development and coping with grief and loss. I also have extensive training and experience in working with individuals who have been impacted by traumatic events.
