About

You may think that big things have to change in your life in order for you to feel better and experience improvement. But I've come to believe that a key, gentle shift in perspective can bring about more positive change than many realize. That is a shift from taking a critical approach with yourself to taking a Kinder Approach. With this shift in how you approach yourself and your experiences comes greater self-awareness and feelings of confidence, hopefulness, empowerment and knowing your value. You can begin to see and feel new possibilities and choices for your life.

As your therapist I have a deep appreciation for your courage to walk through your painful experiences. Using the lens of a kinder inner language, we will unfold the areas that may be causing you anxiety, depression, or just uncertainties that can block your ability to thrive in your life.

Through my holistic approach I bring a range of highly effective techniques and modalities, including mind (cognitive behavior), body (somatic) and spirit (transpersonal). I also encourage daily practices and tools for resourcing and balancing. I look forward to speaking with you, for more information please visit my website at www.KindnessApproach.com.
