I am Trey Lackey, a marriage and family counselor, with over 30 years of experience helping persons with individual, marriage, family, and parenting issues. I understand that life can be tough: everyday stress, frustrations, worries, and even relationships that aren't working, no matter how hard you try. None of us should go through the tough stuff alone. Many people find that therapy can help them find the courage and skills to face challenges head-on, and finally begin to achieve the life they really want and deserve. I truly believe the same could be true for you. We offer assistance in the the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Abuse, Men's Issues, Teenage boys, Relationship issues, and Parenting issues. We also have LPC Associates available for a reduced hourly rate. Here is what you can expect from me: a caring, listening ear; a non-judgmental approach; a clear challenge to do the "hard work"; and an experienced guiding partner committed to helping you find that better life for yourself.
