I grew up in New Hampshire, where I also received my bachelors degree from Keene State College. Soon after, I received my Masters degree in counseling psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. I currently hold a license in mental health counseling, with over 12 years of experience. I am available to help you with a variety of different interventions, some including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Play Therapy, and Talk Therapy.
