About

I work with individuals who believe that creativity gives us the capacity to be curious, to examine and learn, to ask questions, and find answers. Transformation occurs through originality, love, authenticity, and choice. Each of these components allow us to live meaningful lives in the face of uncertainty and suffering. Many people believe their meaning, value, worth, and identity are found in financial success, relationships, or any number of other measurable means. My therapeutic stance is that those facets of a person are not made, but rather found through ingenuity, curiosity, and acceptance.

I consider creativity, artistry, music, and conversations as tools of healing, so we will use a lot of them in sessions. Safety is a core component to my therapy, but we can still laugh, joke, and geek-out while covering difficult things. Therapy is challenging, so I approach topics with curiosity and compassion as we work together to find answers.

If you are seeking consistency in an ever-changing world, I am here for you! I bring my authentic self to every session, serving persons 18+, the LGBTQ+ community, couples, and care-givers. I specialize in existentialism, identity, trauma, stress, and relationships. If you are interested in working with me, please reach out via email, text, or voice.
