Dr. Tracy LaChapelle (Dr. T) is a licensed professional counselor with a doctorate in educational leadership. She specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults. Evidence-based trauma-informed practices are used to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, loneliness, ADHD, Dis-Abilities, self-esteem concerns, social anxiety, autism, social skills deficits, and various life transitions. Dr. T provides Transgender-Gender Affirming Care, serving members of the LGBTQ+ population and their families to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and self-acceptance. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles, is the Commissioner on Disabilities in her town, and is a regional Chapter leader for TransParents.
