I graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas with a master's degree in counseling. I am experienced in family conflict, career choices, racism, discrimination, compassion fatigue, stress, divorce, separation, military lifestyles, women's issues, grief, emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, and infidelity. I utilize multiple modalities such as Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Faith-Based Therapy. Also, a Certified Mental Health Coach & Marriage Counselor following the American Association of Christian Council Principles. I offer clients genuine concern coupled with insight & optimism. My role is to collaborate with the client in selecting the best outcome life offers in a safe environment (together, time well spent will allow the client to sort out life's challenges and delve into the best solutions).
