We each have unique experiences, challenges, and strengths that shape how we move through the world. Whatever your daily challenges, silent struggles, and unseen battles are, I am committed to walking with you through life's journey. I am honored and humbled by the opportunity to accompany you as you move forward towards becoming your best self. I believe my role as a therapist is to work collaboratively with you to meet your unique goals. I take a systemic, emotionally focused, and attachment-based approach to therapy. I also believe that fostering a trusting, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing and growth process. I will honor your autonomy, experience, and perspective, and help create a safe and authentic relationship as you work towards healing. While my experience has been with a range of ages, currently I am seeing adult clients. I have experience working in group private practice, non-profits, schools, outpatient, and day treatment. My training and experience have prepared me to work with clients experiencing, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidality, self-harm, grief, gender identity, body image, relational issues, and life transitions.
