I offer a safe, supportive outpatient environment for individuals and couples, with an active focus on recovery from trauma, addiction and relapse recovery/prevention. For addictions I utilize a recovery task model to inspire and build an overall awareness, commitment, and responsibility to the treatment process. Individual therapy and group involvement maybe skillfully utilized to build emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health to strengthen ties with self and with others. To treat trauma my training and skill in DBT, PIT, and EMDR are used to assist clients towards achieving a more expedient recovery than the utilization of other typical therapy methods alone. I facilitate two groups. One for men in recovery for sexual addictions and one for partners negatively impacted by the deception and manipulation of a sex addict pre- and post-discovery. While attending weekly group members benefit from the interaction with others who firsthand understand the trauma experienced while simultaneously building & strengthening your own core! Overall, If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation other than addiction or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
