Tracy Cirelli is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 25 years of experience. She serves various adult and geriatric populations from all walks of life. Tracy specializes in the treatment of; trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship and life transition difficulties, chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders. She is passionate about developing a collaborative working relationship with her clients, assisting them in identifying their strengths and goals and providing the guidance and tools necessary for them to live their best life. Tracy believes that her clients are distinct individuals who each bring their unique problems and challenges to the therapy setting, therefore customizing therapy interventions to the individual needs of each. Tracy is highly sensitive to the concerns and apprehensions of the clients new to the therapy process.
