Therapists » Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I am a seasoned therapist who is empathic and knowledgeable. I am devoted to helping people through difficult times. I help people learn to better manage their depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar and other mental health needs. I assist people working through troubled relationships with family, friends and partners. I support and guide people through the aftermath of abusive relationships. You can be yourself, free of judgements and biases, allowed to share your thoughts unfiltered and without worry of being offensive or ostracized. You can work through your problems and feel a change within yourself, happier and freer. I will help you learn how thoughts, emotions and behaviors are interconnected and how we can work to change them. I am adept at identifying and connecting patterns of words, body language and behaviors that will help you gain insight so you can better understand how you relate to others. I primarily use CBT and person-centered therapy techniques. Whether you are suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, a history of abuse, or anything else life throws at you, I will be beside you on your journey to wellness. Together we will learn how to manage your emotions, work through issues and enjoy life again. I believe in comfort through conversation and counseling.
