Well, for over 15 years, I have been assisting individuals, couples, and families to become more engaged and fulfilled in their relationships, goals, and dreams. I am an engaged, flexible, and active therapist, trained in many approaches to partner with you to help you proactively strengthen your relationships and personal well-being. I work with couples who are having challenges communicating, resolving conflicts, and trouble trusting one another because of present or past hurts. I work with individuals whether it is a child, teenager, or an adult that may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, or low self-esteem, and more.
