About

I have areas of specialization as a therapist that include eating disorders, depression and anxiety, and stress related to life transitions. I work with teenagers, adults, including folks from the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience with trauma, foster/adoption issues, and complex medical diagnoses. I will take the time to work with you to identify the therapeutic support that will be most helpful in your journey.

I support clients through difficult transitions, increase self-awareness, and achieve goals. I create a space of non-judgement so that you feel safe to share. We will focus on what is most important to you so that you can live more authentically. I use strengths-based methods such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Through our work together, I will support you to become aware of your emotions, learn to listen to your intuition, and live a life that fosters growth. If anything I’ve written resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to schedule your first appointment.
