Currently not accepting new clients. The clients I work with often come to me feeling as though they are alone in their struggles and need someone to reassure them that they have the capabilities and strengths within them to work through their circumstances and grow as individuals in the process. They are seeking connection through warm, genuine positive regard and curiosity to understand their unique framework of beliefs and values. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, particularly related to military service. I am a Certified Sex Therapist with AASECT. I utilize a narrative and strength-based approach to working with individuals and couples or families, examining each person's unique perspective of the problem situation and how it impacts their lives as well as the family unit as a whole. I respect and value the unique qualities that each person brings to the therapy relationship.
